About Me

I am Knoph O. Ayieko, a Full-Stack Software Developer and IT Specialist with hands-on experience designing, building and supporting digital systems across government, healthcare, education, startups and NGOs.

My work spans modern web application development, national-scale digital health platforms, enterprise IT support and remote technical operations. I specialize in translating real-world operational needs into secure, scalable and user-centered digital solutions.

I have contributed to projects under the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, USAID-funded health programs and ALX Africa startup initiatives, supporting systems that serve institutions, professionals and the public.

Beyond software development, I provide reliable IT systems support and virtual assistance, combining technical depth, clear documentation and disciplined execution in both on-site and remote environments.
